这个短片集合从7岁到93岁的人所分享的、给自己年轻时的建议。

在某种假想里，我已经眼睁睁地看着自己被各种不期而至的倦意击倒过一千六百四十七次，和生活讨价还价已经几百个回合。但事实上我却从来没有这样干过，因为精神和肉体一样都是脆弱的，一旦死了就是死了。
每个人在成长的必经之路上都会遭遇一些“过不去”的坎儿，但在经历过后反而能够笑对以前的“不痛快”。
